Singing is one of the truest forms of self- and artistic expression in which one will find much joy, comfort, and love. The journey as a singer and student, however, requires patience and practice. A passionate educator and advocate for her students, Catherine Goode has taught high school students in Texas, Michigan, Ohio, and New York. As an Adjunct Professor at Capital University in Ohio, she taught private voice lessons and assisted with the vocal pedagogy class. Her students have successfully auditioned into the Texas All-State Choir, Houston Grand Opera Bauer FamiIy High School Voice Studio, and university music programs.

Private lessons with Ms. Goode focus on individualized instruction designed to address each student's unique instrument and needs; gaining an understanding of healthy vocal technique (and its application to both solo and ensemble singing); and assisting students in further development of musicianship skills. Additionally, lessons are tailored to each student's musical/vocal goals and repertoire interests, and students will become independent thinkers, problem solvers, and doers. Ms. Goode looks forward to taking this journey with her students as they grow, learn, achieve, and succeed.
